1. Who we are

Injaz KW (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a technology consultancy that provides automation and communication solutions for businesses using the WhatsApp Business Platform and other Meta products and other tech services.

2. Information we collect

• Business contact details: names, phone numbers, and business profile information shared during onboarding or conversation setup.

• Message metadata: timestamps, delivery and read status, and template identifiers.

• Limited message content: only when required to automate a client’s approved workflow (e.g., booking confirmation).

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and system logs for security monitoring.

3. How we use the information

We process this data to:

• Deliver and maintain WhatsApp-based automation services.

• Enable client onboarding through Meta Embedded Signup.

• Manage templates, notifications, and customer-support workflows.

• Ensure system security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

All WhatsApp tokens and identifiers are encrypted using industry standards (AES-256).
Data is stored on secure servers located in regions with adequate data-protection laws and is accessible only to authorized staff with multifactor authentication.

5. Data retention

Message metadata is retained for up to 90 days. Message content (if any) is deleted after automation processing unless a client requests shorter retention. Backups follow the same schedule.

6. Your rights

You may request:

• Correction or deletion of your data.

• Withdrawal of consent for specific uses.
