How to request deletion

If you have interacted with Injaz KW’s automation or WhatsApp Business integrations and wish to delete your data, please:

1. Email support@injazkw.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

2. Include your phone number or business name so we can locate your record.

3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 7 days.

What will be deleted

• WhatsApp Business identifiers (WABA ID, phone number ID).

• Message metadata and any stored content.

• Associated logs and backups on their next rotation cycle.

Exceptions

We may retain minimal data when required by law or for billing, dispute resolution, or security investigation.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email summarizing the action taken.
